I got bored a while ago and turned all of my friends INK characters into Emo/Scene/Goth characters 
. Now with the boys they do just look gothish because the more emo looking clothing doesn’t look all too good in my opinion. Emo fashion of the 2000’s is derived slightly from skater fashion. But you get all different kinds of alt styles and these are the ones I made in INK and LL. (LL has the best scene hair).
Btw the hair on some of them may not seem emo and that is because I didn’t want to change the hair of my models @liyahsdiamond @Chocolate_Mama and @16AngelCat

This is not a contest, just a place to have fun. If you want me to make your character emo or you just wanna play around and show your alt characters then that’s all fine by me!

Are all the outfits you put for your characters goth? If not, can you explain which ones is and isn’t?

Not all of them, the one @Chocolate_Mama’s character is wearing,
Is known as gothic lolita
And the one I dressed Meghans character as just above is meant to be a glamour goth. The rest are just alt/punk/rock.
Some of the clothing pieces on there have “goth” or “gothic” in their name on the portal though so they all definitely have gothic elements.

Ohhh and there can also be steampunk goths which is my favourite but I’m not sure if LL have moved the steampunk clothing over yet.

I’ll try to explain all of them:
The first 2 are actually wearing the new alt rock clothing from the LL update, I think it looks really good. It’s more scene than emo in terms of the hair. But it’s definitely very alt rock and I think it was a good update. The hair wasn’t part of the update though it’s been around for a while.
The next image shows my own INK character dressed as a goth with scene hair so it is pretty punky. She’s wearing a corset which is also associated with the gothic subculture as is the skirt. The leather jacket is a rock thing. The LimeLight girl was supposed to be a before and after thing, she has the scene hair but the clothing is just alt or even just grungy which you can tell by the flannel.
The third shows a character I called “emo boy” in the portal he’s actually based off my ex boyfriend. The shirt is goth, the jacket is rock and the ripped skinny jeans are punk which emo’s typically wear. I’ve already explained my LL character. Now for the one of @16AngelCat the chains are pretty gothic but overall it’s a very punk inspired look. @Chocolate_Mama is showing us the gothic lolita dress.
Now for @estherdekker this is a very punk look the boots are gothic but the rest of the outfit is just punk. Then @liyahsdiamond is wearing a corset and tartan skirt which is punky but overall I’d say the outfit is more rocker with the jacket and the boots.
