Blood Drive In Memory Of Clark's Michael Sot To Be Held Saturday
The drive will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 37 South Ave. in Garwood.
GARWOOD, NJ — A blood drive in memory of Michael Sot, a 20-year-old man from Clark who was killed in an accident in 2018, will be held on Saturday.
The Memorial Blood Drive is sponsored by the Church of St. Anne in Garwood and Msgr Walsh Council 5437 Garwood.
The drive will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 37 South Ave. in Garwood. Parking will be in the back of the building off Willow Avenue.

Sot, who was serving as a designated driver for his friends at the time, was killed in a head-on two-car crash in 2018 by an alleged impaired driver. Eight other people were also hospitalized. A charge of vehicular homicide has been added against David Lamar, 22, of West Windsor, according to Mercer County Prosecutor's Office spokesman Casey A. DeBlasio.
