An extensive and comprehensively easy book to understand all about peace and how you can invite it in your life. The author having a vast experience of life of both sad and blissful phases and widely travelled across the world, shares the approaches that can bring peace in your life in just 31 steps.

It focuses on simple aspects of life. Its lessons are driven from the author’s personal experiences, from Buddha preaching, from Japanese culture, and from holy Hindu scriptures like Vedas and Puranas. The book brims with relevant stories and tales that make sense of perfect analogy in any situation.

Alok has been careful in delivering the learning in a simple lucid way. Thus, at the end of each chapter, there is a summary in points. Even if you missed a point or so in the lesson, the summary will help you recover it. The approaches in the book are simply unbelievable – because mostly are coming from our day-to-day life.

You must have come across the popular saying – don’t run away from yourself. Exactly, the same concept is covered in the first approach – Face your Problems. Next, is about connecting with friends and people, in short it is saying being connected is healthy and gives a sense of company and unity in our life. Alok has touched upon many common-to-sound advices and showed with examples and tales how tiny nuisances of life plays major role in delivering peace in life. Coincidentally, this is precisely the objective of my recent read, “The Peace Approach” by Alok Tripathi. The book aspires to help us grasp the essence of happiness and incorporate its practice into our daily lives.

Anticipate a non-fiction self-help book that delves into the notion of happiness, encompassing both theoretical and practical aspects.

Spanning approximately 250 pages, this book employs simple language and presents easily graspable concepts, offering substantial assistance to readers in their pursuit of happiness within their everyday existence.

I also liked the brief at the end of each chapter. Some of the principles very much apt to adopt as part of practice in real life. Peace is continuously to be maintained with individual efforts. In my view one keep this book and use some of the methods in real life. Yoga, meditation, exercise and related activities for peace of mind are explained nicely with practical example. I found this book very useful for me. I will suggest for reading and keeping this book for reference and use. Lot of visible effort given by author to corelate information with the principles. Kudos to the author for the effort and analysis done before concluding points on each principles. Wish all the best for the author for writing similar nice & useful books in future

An absolute must read! The book struck a chord in my heart from the word ‘go’.
Each if the chapters deal with aspects of human behaviour in a manner which is bound to benefit the reader. The author has illustrated his ideas with real life examples and has also brought out a summary at the end if each chapter.
The style reminds me of the exceptional science teachers of our school who would explain the basics so effectively that they would remain ingrained in our mind forever.
