Coincidentally, this is precisely the objective of my recent read, “The Peace Approach” by Alok Tripathi. The book aspires to help us grasp the essence of happiness and incorporate its practice into our daily lives.

Spanning approximately 250 pages, this book employs simple language and presents easily graspable concepts, offering substantial assistance to readers in their pursuit of happiness within their everyday existence.
In practice, “The Peace Approach” comprises 31 distinct chapters, each dedicated to exploring a sub-concept or daily practice. The author has aptly named these daily practices as his “Peace Approaches,” aligning well with the content they encompass.
The ultimate goal the author envisions for readers is to cultivate an enduring sense of inner tranquillity, which remains steadfast regardless of the external stimuli or circumstances causing agitation or distress.
By the time the book comes to its conclusion, the reader will have acquired the tools to naturally foster this state of serenity.
Each if the chapters deal with aspects of human behaviour in a manner which is bound to benefit the reader. The author has illustrated his ideas with real life examples and has also brought out a summary at the end if each chapter.
The style reminds me of the exceptional science teachers of our school who would explain the basics so effectively that they would remain ingrained in our mind forever.
One beautiful phrase from this book was I loved very much "love your job where you are at until you get your dream job " this really hits me hard , this change my way of thinking towards my job and work, now I do my work with more patience and love doing it.
