This cake was special to make, it was for my god-son's first birthday. The theme chosen by his mother was Cars. Lightning McQueen is totally 100% edible. He is moulded from LCM bars (rice crispies) Lightnings tyres are made from gumpaste and all other details are fondant. The cake its self is red velvet with cream cheese filling and white chocolate ganache.
