SATX Stop The Killing March 2024. A lovely little march through downtown San Antonio attracting some eyeballs. I always find it so interesting attending marches like the one in San Antonio today. Where is everybody? I didn't see any of the large pillars of the animal welfare community like Animal Defense League of Texas or San Antonio Pets Alive or San Antonio Humane Society or City of San Antonio Animal Care Services. Does that mean these organizations support euthanasia? Why is it when everyone seems to want the same thing for their community they don't or can't work together? Big Leauge Texas Rescue is a new view onto the animal rescue scene in Texas through the eyes of the World Animal Awareness Society, an award-winning 501c3 San Antonio, Texas based nonprofit.
