Model 777 - Landing Gear

MODEL 777

LANDING GEAR

The landing gear was a true feat of engineering. Not only did I manage to include an incredible amount of static detail, I successfully got the many movable parts to function together harmoniously, enabling a realistic extension and retraction sequence. The gear was tested and found to support a real-life maximum equivalent of over a million pounds—far more than in actuality.
