Love + Snow Date | Snoqualmie Couples Portrait

Oh, Snoqualmie and snow time months!!! So gorgeous and whether you are celebrating the New Year or planning for an out of the box Valentines Day inspired date… this is a good time. We went on a winter adventure with Mason & Rocky for some snow, love and a bit of third wheeling from their favorite photography team!

Snow dates with the one you adore are the perfect way to warm up a winter’s day! They look so cute that you’d never guess how much it was actually raining would you? We were primarily met with rain and slush for most of the drive (thank you Seattle) but then “bam”… stunning winter wonderland and these epic beauties (the portraits and the people).

Don’t you just love that snow brings out the kid in all of us? We went from this”Titanic” inspired pose to just straight up spinning her into a snow drift. Awe… romance.

Not going to lie… a lot of this shoot was asking him to literally toss her around and just make sure she landed on her feet on the dismount (that “mostly” was successful)

Even the in between moments are a little bit magic aren’t they? Cheers to finding someone that looks at you the way he looks at this lovely.

Here’s how this one went… I’m going to need you to sit right down in the snow there” Followed by “Seriously, it’s going to be great!” Heehee… minus the soggy booty (mine, not his - he sat on a coat, and I fell into the snow trying to get THE shot” - total success!
