The Tennessee Titans agreed to terms with free-agent wide receiver Kalija Lipscomb, the team announced Monday.

Lipscomb, 23, starred at Vanderbilt from 2016-19 before going undrafted in the 2020 NFL Draft. He participated in the Titans' rookie minicamp this past weekend on a tryout basis.

The 6-foot, 200-pound Lipscomb initially signed with the Kansas City Chiefs as a rookie free agent last year, spending time on their practice squad in the 2020 season. He also spent a week on the Green Bay Packers' practice squad last season.

Lipscomb appeared in 48 games, including 25 starts, for the Commodores.

The Titans on Monday also waived wide receiver Rashard Davis and linebacker Davin Bellamy (non-football injury).
