Try these exercises to banish your man boobs; sweat away to a proportional chest

This condition is different from gynecomastia, which hits boys during puberty due to fluctuations in hormones.
There are a lot of exercises and workouts along with a balanced diet that can help men shed their boobs in no time. A few of them are listed below:
  • Push-ups: This “old is gold” exercise works perfectly well for those looking for a toned, muscular chest. Push-ups can be done anywhere as it requires no expensive gym equipment or a specially designated space. Start with 10 per day and gradually increase the count every week. Just align yourself in a plank position, and touch the chest to the ground while keeping the elbows close to the body. Forcefully push yourself swat from the ground and repeat it as many times as you can.
  • Bench press: This exclusive gym exercise is the best way to reduce your man boobs in no time. It helps in tightening the chest muscles and strengthens the core. Just lie on your back on the bench, and take dumbbells (weight according to how much you can handle). Rest your feet on the floor and slowly raise the dumbbells towards the ceiling, hold them in the position for 10 seconds and bring them back to the starting position. Do 10-15 reps every day.
  • Squats: Squats help in losing chest as well as belly fat. Stand straight with your feet apart. Slowly bend your knees and lower your butt to come to a squat position while keeping the spine straight. Be in the position for 10 seconds and return to normal. Repeat this at least 10 times.
  • Mountain climbers: Mountain climbers are the best way to get back to shape and maintain a tough body. Get into a plank position with the body perfectly aligned parallel to the ground. Bend your knees close to the best and stop for 10 seconds, then get back to the original position. Repeat the same at least 10 times.
